Get a lawyer, the lawyer can advertise in the paper...if she doesn't contest it in certain amount of time, it goes through.

Not always I've heard of a divorce where just the husband or wife can get it without the other. The one getting the divorce is the only one that is actually divorce the other half will have to get their own divorce if they want one.

nope she doesnt i knew a guy once whose ex wife wouldnt sign the papers he had her served when she didnt sign they got divorced anyway
