I believe is Australia, or as Bush would say "Austria." Voting is compulsory.

For the last 3 elections its been Iraq, with better than a 70% turnout.

These have compulsory voting. However, I do not agree with it for the simple reason that democracy must incorporate freedom to choose not to vote and not to have to choose between two candidates that do not appeal to you.

yeah... it's always those nations that are voting for the first time... everyone is excited about being able to vote...

then after a few elections... people stop caring...
