It feels like "period pain" and I have always had really BAD period pain and this is what it feels like. Bad cramps in my tummy and my back pain is terrible. Its only now and again but when it happens it is SOOOO BAD!! Any suggestion, comments? Bub dust to all...

Is it right around the time when you would be having your period? I had the most awful menstrual-like cramps during my first missed period. It's not much to worry about unless you also have spotting. Take some Tylenol, it should help some.

I would definitely contact your doc, and ask him/her. Some cramping is normal. Do you have a low tolerance for pain? How far along are you? How often is now and again?

let your doctor know as soon as you can, because cramping is normal but bad cramping is not. especially if it's more on one side than the other.
your doc needs to know. good luck
