Is there anything I can buy, part and/or service, for my laptop so that I can get connected to the internet where ever I go? If so, what's the most popular? Best? Strongest connection? Thank you!!

Depends what you mean by "wherever you go". I've managed to get connected in some of the remote regions of the world using a laptop and satellite phone. It's very, VERY expensive though and should only be used when you're really desperate and nowhere near a phone network.

I would suggest looking at a wireless card from any of the major cell phone providers (Verizon, Sprint, etc....). These will work wherever a cell phone will work. Be careful when looking at plans though! The services can be a bit pricey, but definitely worth it if you use the internet a lot.

verizon,cingular sprint sell a card for about 49.00 a month you can connect anywhere you can receive a cell phone signal

there are called mobile cards i know that verizon and sprint have them and heard that sprint its better
