As soon as the weather permits. When the temperature falls and you feel cool in a short sleeve shirt. Depending on your area of the country you live makes a big difference. Here in VA it was cool today so I wore a light jacket and on Fri and Sat it is supposed to be 80-85, so the temperature dictates what I were for now. If you want to be technicial, wait until after the first day of fall..

when the weather turns cooler. here in the San Francisco area it is supposed to be in the 80s in the warmer areas next week...so fall clothes probably not the best bet. I am still wearing sandals, shorts if it is over 70. i have yet to wear a coat. It is maye 50-ish over night and mid 70s daytime.
all depends on where you are and the weather.

I would say whenever you want to. If you like your fall clothing I would start wearing them now. If not now then wait for the first day of fall or when it starts getting a little chillier.

I usually don't start wearing it till autumn actually starts, towards the end of September if the weather has gotten cooler. I hate putting away my summer wardrobe! I try to wear it as long as the weather allows me to!

As soon as it gets cold, depends where you live. I live in minnesota so the summer items are out and the fall is coming in.. so i would say late september to earliy october; good luck :)

I would suggest now. It's the fall now. That June, July, and Ausgust are our summer months. I don't think it's bad.
