actually it is possible for someone without experience to be on the disney channel. look at hillary duff. when she got the role of lizzie maguire the producers said she was a horrible actress but they picked her because of her personality.

but having experience does help. try audtioning for local plays, and take acting classes as well, because if you dont have the training then most directors wont even consider you, unless they see something in you that they really like. If film and television is what you really want to do then ask your parents if you can do some extra work for a local tv show or movie, but be prepared for long hours on the set. The easiest way to get seen is to get an agent, but that is the hardest part of it all. You also need to be prepared to get some quality headshots, because those, along with your resume, will act as your business card. You need a headshot to get a talent agent, and auditions. Talk to your parents about all of this, and do some research.

If you do not have your parents' consent, experience, training, a resume and a head shot, you are not going to find one. There is no way for a person without the above qualifications to be on Disney Channel.

The place for you to start is in your school drama classes and plays, then you take professional acting classes, then you get the training you need for auditioning--this takes a long, long time.
