both teams are off to an impressive start but Detroit looks much tougher defensively and offensively. Calvin Johnson has more talent and clutch ability than any offensive player on the Patriots. the Lions are super bowl bound are they not?

Are you for real? The Lions have had a nice start to the season. But let's face it who have they played, the Raiders who have been one of the worst teams in the league the last couple of years and the Vikings who have also not been that successful. You take Calvin Johnson a rookie wide receiver and I'll take Tom Brady a three time super bowl champ. The Patriots just embarrassed a Chargers team that was a potential Super Bowl contender. Listen if the Lions finished 8-8 or 9-7 I wouldn't be surprised i the least bit. But let's not compare them to the Patriots.

Ok I am from Detroit and as much as I love your thoughts ...honestly your crazy. The patriots are the better team up and down. The experience factor is the big reason. Brady and Moss are so far above johnson and kitna. I do believe however the Lions are much improved and have turned the corner in may ways...the superbowl may sound far fetched but the NFC is weak so who knows. And once your there who knows its one game and on "any given Sunday"

You're still high on crack if you think the Lions are more impressive than the Pats...The Patriots are the best team in the NFL...If the Lions can beat the Chargers, I'll believe they are good...

I'll tell you who's going to the Super Bowl. The AFC and NFC champs! But one team that won't go will be Detroit! You forget they play 16 games, so 2 wins don't mean jack #*!@

I like the Lions, but have to go with the Pats. But it sure would be nice to see the Lions play a good game this Thanksgiving.

I think the Lions are much better than a lot of people think, but they are not even in the same league as the Pats.
