I didn't know it was Ronald Reagan. I guess he must have been as good as GWB at taking clandestine trips, or better. Otherwise how would he have been able to do all the research needed in Africa to get the virus started?
Too bad the virus backfired and started infecting non-blacks also; I bet Reagan never anticipated this possibility.

What a pile of donkey apples. I hated Regan and I was happy the day he croaked with his mind in turnip land, but he most certainly did not invent AIDS. He didn't do anything to prevent the spread by not allowing the CDC do it's job at the time, but that's an entirely different issue.
