Soft Scrub works. Smells like bleach, but it works. I often work with acid dyes on wool and use this to take it out of my fingers and nails. BTW, to be on the safest side, use a pair of dishwashing gloves the next time. Most fabric dyes have some components in them you really don't want to be in direct contact with.

It depends on the dye. Some can be bleached, but not all.
Have you tried Avon "Skin So Soft"?
Cover nails with polish was a good suggestion, but, if the dye's not bleach-able, it'll take a lot longer than a week for it to grow out , more like a month or a month and a half.

If the dye you used was vegetable dye - the simplest method is to rub some lemon juice on your nails. This bleaches the vegetable color and safe to use.
If you have used chemical dye then the best things is cover your nails with nail polish and wait for then to grow.

Unfortunately it will have to grow out. It will probably take another week. The cuticles will have to wear off, but that shouldn't take too long either. Maybe you could use black nail polish til the dye wears off?

I think dryer sheets clogging your lint screen turned out to be an urban legend. I use dryer sheets every single load and I have a hard working husband who is at the gym everyday and 5 children. My screen is not; never has been clogged. I also use whatever brand is on sale. They always take care of static cling and leave a nice scent on everything. I even used to use the sheets over and over, but they don't make them as strong anymore. I don't have a preference for any particular scent. Can you sample the smell through the package??

Kacky is right - I have the same problem when I do calligraphy, especially if I use waterproof ink. Lemon juice helps a bit, but Mother Nature takes away your old skin cells at a fairly quick rate, so don't worry.
