First of all, you can't answer this because there's no = sign, you can simplify it, though.

First, the order of operations is PEMDAS- Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, and Subtraction. There are no Parenthesis, so move on to Exponents. -3power of 2 is equal to -3 times -3, which is equal to 9. -2power of 3 is equal to -2 times -2 times -2, which is equal to -8.

Now the problem is 4x+9+7x-8. Now combine like terms by adding: 4x+7x = 11x and 9+8 = 17

So the simplified expression is 11x+17.

You can't simplify it any more than that without knowing either the value of x, in which case you find the value of the given equation, or the value of the given equation, in which case you would find the vlaue of x.

Please use more compact notation.
Example: (4x-3)^2 + (7x-2)^3
I don't understand your question. Is this an answer or do you want the sum of this. In the latter case, you multiply out the stuff in ( ), collect terms of like power of x, and of the constants.
