I'm having A hard time waiting. I watch the DVD everyday and it just makes me want to watch season 4 more and more. My favorite character constantly changes, but for the most part it's usually Dwight or Pam. My favorite episodes are always changing as well. To name A few... "The Injury", "The Carpet", "The Negotiation" and many others.

This show and "30 Rock" are my favorites now. All of "The Office" episodes are funny, but last season's finale where Ryan the former temp with the MBA wins the big job was great.
It is difficult to choose a favorite character but I love the way Jim & Pam outwit Dwight.
I read that Karen's part will be running out which is too bad because she is a good addition to the cast.

I am so excited! The Office is my favorite show, and I can't wait to see what happens with Jim and Pam, and Michael and Jan. It's gonna be great!

It's wierd.....I love earl.....like 30 rock, but the office doesn't do it for me.......i wish it did....
