Were in a small school and we hung out w/ a new school and now she follows at our heels and we want to get away and we don't know how to get away from her without hurting her feelings. Shes driving us MAD!!!

She obviously wants to connect with someone since she is new. Your friend making friends with her and hanging out with her, is the one that needs to talk to her, if she is driving you both MAD!!
Since you both are not willing to accept her as a friend.
Be Polite about it and gentle.
Introduce her to other people so that she has a chance to make new friends. If she is walking on your heels and wont leave you both alone. Simply say "hey, we are going (where ever you are going) we will see you later". If she asks if she can come along, say maybe next time.

Don't burn bridges. Try to be as nice to people as possible. Wouldn't you feel bad if this girl got hit by a car and died tomorrow? Be nice, hang out with her once in a while, but tell her you are busy and the next time you will hang out will be (insert date here). Hang out with some guys, maybe having a boyfriend will distract her.
