Their offense in general is a problem. They only have 1 quality player-maker at the receiver position (Berrian), and they decided to let their best running-back go in the off-season. Rex Grossman isn't as bad as people say, but they could do a lot better. I think Byron Leftwich would be an upgrade.

heck have Devin Hester try his arm at qb, maybe Brian Urlacher, anyone is gonna be better then Rex "disaster master" Grossman. In all seriousness though start Grise or Leak or Orton

Grossman biggest problem is finding a reliable offensive line. He's not bad and I hate the Bears.

the bears called chuck norris to play qb, but since chuck norris is a cowboys fan he went up there and punched lovie smith and rex grossman in the soul

Anything to get Rex Grossman out of there. Devin Hester can only cover for him for so long.

The Bears' QB's just aren't consistent. That's their biggest problem.

they need to bench grossman and put in griese he can manage the game well enough to win, and with that defence thats all the bears need to get back to the post season but with grossman their chances are slim to non-existant

put in Griese, look at what happened to another qb who learned from his great qb dad, peyton manning is going to break every passing record eventually soo i'd say give griese a chance
