a nasty attitude, stuck-up, no self-respect, and the inability to laugh at themselves when they do something worthy of a good laugh!
I don't think that shyness makes a beautiful girl ugly, but I agree 100% with the other things you named.
and a beautiful girl can turn ugly right before your eyes if there's no beauty on the inside.
