It would have to be cubic cm not just cm.

There is 100 cm per meter.

139 cm^3 * 1 m/100cm * 1 m/100cm * 1 m/100cm=
0.000139 m^3

139 cubic cm = 1.39 m x 1.39 m x 1.39 m = 2.685619 cubic meters.

Convert cm to meters by shifting the decimal place two places then cube it to find the cubic volume.

Should be both volumes, I mean cubic centimeters transformed into metric cubes.

139cc ( cubic centimeters ) = 0.000139 mc

1cc = 0.000001 mc
