IF you typed your question incorrectly, and meant 139 cm^3, then do the following.

Since 100 cm = 1 m, to find the conversion factor from cm^3 to m^3, just cube the conversion factor for cm to m. Since, 100 cm = 1X10^2 cm, (1 X 10^2)^3 = 1 X 10^6 cm^3= 1 m^3.

Since you want to convert cm^3 to m^3, you will divide the given volume by 1 X 10^6.

This doesn't make any sense. The centimeter is a measure of length, while cubic meters measure volume.
