ok i have a insperon 8500 and i want to play a game that requires 32 mb of video memory and i only have like 16 and i want to upgrade

That card is a Geforce4 Go 4200 on a desktop replacement type laptop. It is a 64mb graphics card. Better check it properly in dxdiag.

It might be very difficult if not impossible to upgrade that graphics card.

go to like best buy and ask them for help. be sure to not fall for their little catches like buy insurance on it...
