Contact Investor Relations. Have your dates of employment and the exact way they spelled your name, and your social security number. Between those they will be able to zero onto records of inactive or orphaned stock, stuff they have on the books but perhaps have no current contact information, as if maybe you moved. They will find it if you have any, but be patient. They are not exactly going to be sprinting to find thirteen share from 17 years ago, etc.

Your offer letter would have stated if you got stocks or stock-options. Also stock options have an expiry based on time or after 30/60 days of quiting your company. call your hr asap
