Who should I start in week 3: Philip Rivers or Tony Romo?

Rivers has struggled the past few weeks and the Packers defense have been doing well, but Romo is facing the Chicago defense. I'm stumped.

Start Romo. He is at the top of the passing stats. Chicago defense looks solid, but count on Romo's ability to roll out and create openings. Also consider that Jason Witten (TE) is doing well. He is an excellent relief valve when Romo is under pressure. The short pass will pull in Chicago's secondary. The big throws will come late in the game in the third or fourth quarter. Though Chicago is tough, they have yet to face an offense with this many weapons. Count on Romo, the kid is hot! Rivers will be over showdowed by the running game. If you want fantasy points for a quarterback, you've got to go with the passer, not the team. In further note, check what the news is saying. In the Chicago Dallas game, noone is really asking how Romo will do, but whether Chicago can handle the many weapons of Dallas.

I'd say rivers. With chicagos Defense, it'll be near impossible for romo to do good, at least rivers has a decently easier packer D to go against

Romo is enjoying super recently however the Chicago protection is particularly his first genuine attempt this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days after enjoying against the Dolphins and Giants. yet Chicago's protection may be on the sphere all day long becuase of the T-Rex.. Romo may be due for a letdown. Rivers might have a sturdy activity this week by using fact he will have alot of opportunities by using working of LT. i might circulate with Rivers.

Go with Rivers. I don't think Dallas scores a bunch against a stellar Chicago D. I see the Dallas game having a final score like 17-13.

Rivers. Packers are decent however LT probably will have a break out game. Plus, we will see how they handle Antonio Gates and Vincent Jackso.

Romo won't do much against the Bears defense plain and simple.
