I heard she was pregnat and she always is a jerk to me and calls me a wannabe mexican when I am half mexican. If she is gets fat in the middle can I take a picture to humiliate her, she is 13-14 btw, no joke.

That would be an immature and unkind thing to do. Sorry if that sounds harsh or preachy, but it's the truth. Put yourself in her position--she's probably very confused and upset right now, and the last thing she needs is someone humiliating her through photographs.

Try to put aside and change your feelings, and do something nice for her. At least save her the grief of further embarrassment.

Now is the time to stand up and be a man about it. And let her know you are there if she needs some one to talk to and just be friends to to support her. She is going through enough as it is.
And by the way son you do not hate people. You can hate some the things they do but you do not hate them.
