My girlfriend and I both work at McDonalds. I'm lucky because she is so attractive, but this has gone too far. I was sitting eating dinner with her the other night after we got off of work and a guy came in while we were eating. My g/f told me about him and how he sometimes comes in and makes little noises at her (sexual-type noises - like "woohoo" or "dannng") and how he always tries to hit on her. Well as we are leaving, he is at the counter and we come up to the counter to say goodbye to our fellow employees, and he's like "yoooo" and then as we walk out he's like "have a good night". It was the creepiest thing in my entire life. He looks like he is in his mid 20's. I'm afraid he's gonna try and rape her one day or something, you have no idea how creepy and white-trash this guy is. I don't know what do...should I lay his a$s out, even though he's a bit bigger than I am? Or have my g/f report him to management? Police? Any help or suggestions to get this guy away from my g/f?

I think that you should tell the manager of the McDonald's so that way they can all keep an eye out on her for her safety when you are not able to. I think that you should also contact the police just to be on the safe side. Rape is a horrible experience that no one should have to go through. I am thinking that she should get a different job if it doesn't stop after management or her saying something. I hope that all will be OK.

i would report this to the police. also have your girlfriend file a complaint against him through mcdonalds. employees have that right no matter where they work. this is a formality proving that she did bring the issue up to management. make a copy of this complaint. things have a tendency of getting lost when people smell trouble. make a police report. if mcdonalds dont repremand this person for doing that then they could possibly opening themselves up for a lawsuit by allowing sexual harassment in the worklace. definitely let the police know and mcdonalds. go through the proper channels and take care of this situation. hope this helps. good luck.

If you have a photo phone take a pic of him and call the police and show them the pic and make a report. He might be just a jerk or a convicted rapist or molester with a record. If he is doing this in your presence that just goes to show how dangerous he is, don't take chances, follow your instincts.

He hasn't laid a hand on her or said anything obscene to her. He is not stalking her or calling her. He may be a total scum bag, but it's you who will have assault charges on your record and you will also lose your job. Don't let your emotions cloud clear thinking.

If this man is making your girlfriend feel uncomfortable, she should tell him to stop and basically warn him if he does that again. If he ignores her warning, she could easily call the police on him.

she should tell him to leave her alone, if he doesn't, get a restraining order on him. they aren't worth much, but maybe he'd get the message. and telling the management, like 9 " nails said, is good too.
