My ex thinks that I was using him. (im a girl by the way) We were together for two years and in the last year, he stopped coming around, put his family who treated BOTH us us very badly, before me on Holidays, everything, in other words, he was really mean and hes a HUGE liar which I found out recently. Anyway I have a new boyfriend and told my ex I loved him before, which I did .... but he didnt show me that he changed so its me n the new guy. However, he thinks that I was using him...I had and have nothing to get from him but pain. And he scares my son all the time by getting in my face and trying to fight with me in front of him. WHICH HE STILL TRIES TO DO WHEN HE IS AROUND. So why does HE think Im using him?

Could he mean that he helped support your son?
He sounds like he is reaching for anything to say that will get a rise out of you and it seems to have worked.
Don't let him get to you. Let it go. Is he your son's father?
