I try to get to bed by 11pm and my son usually wakes me up at 7am. What about you?

sleep between 8:30 and 9:30 wake between 5:00 and 6:00

I usually go 2 bed @ 9:30 but fall asleep by 10 and wake up @ 6:00 sharp (on week days.on the weekend i wake up @ 1:00 pm!)

on weekday i go to bed at about 11 and wake up at 6:30.
on weekends i ushually go to bed around 2 or 3 am and wake up at like 12 or 1

I really try to get to bed between 9:30 and 10pm, but sometimes it's when I can't answer another question on Y/A! I get up at 5:45 to get to my job 30 miles away by 7:30.

I usually go to bed around 11pm and get up around 6am. Sometimes I get to sleep in and other times up at 4am for work depending on my shift that day or week.

i go to bed at 11 or 12, and depending on my schedual for the following day, i could sleep in until about 10 or 11... i get a lot of sleep

school days: i sleep around 10, wake up at 6:40. at weekends/holidays: sleep @ 11-12, wake up at 10-11
