the comment about them being horrible is uncalled for. there is meaning to these names for us. family names! I hope other people don't come on here and are heartbroken that people don't like the names they have chosen for their babies.

I love both names... I think Kingston is unique & Kinsley Annabel, is adorable... Cute names I say go with them. I named both of my children after my parents that have passed on. I thinks it's a way to honor them. They both passed away, before they got to be grandparents...
Good Luck...

Yeh, ignore the people that are telling you to use the names vice-versa. Kingston and Kinsley are getting very popular (though both are only in the 800's and 900's respectively, on the social security website listing for 2006), but I still doubt they're going to be in a class with 3-5 other kids with the same name, like all the Emilys and Jacobs.....

I, personally, am not a fan of "matching" names like Kingston and Kinsley, however.... but I don't have to do it myself.....

I like "David Kingston" - It's nice, masculine-sounding, and if you call him "David" rather than "Kingston," I think he will endure less name-teasing. I think it flows a little better too.

Kinsley Annabel is cute, but I prefer the spellings Anabel or Annabelle.

David and Kinsley sound cute together. Kingston and Kinsley is a little much.

I like Kingston, it's the name of Gwen Stefani's little boy. Kinsley is cute too, and i love the name Annabel. They're both nice names. They'd be really cute for twins.

they are nice i think i like Annabel spelt Annabelle best though..
and in regards to you being very defensive about the person that said they were both horrible... Not everyone is going to like the names you have picked but when ask for opinions you have to be willing to hear the good and bad. not everyone is going to say they love the name... sorry. but anyways I think they sound nice.

You're asking for opinions...here's mine... I don't like the recent trend of using surnames (last names) as first names. I prefer timeless names, ones that stand the test of time. Trendy names are just that, trendy. I think Annabelle is perfect and David is an awesome name.
