I have a problem.. but I'm getting it fixed. Maybe in a month, maybe in two.. we'll see, depends on a few things but I am seeking help.

I want to know how I can keep myself self-confident and stay focused with school. I'm in my first year of university and honestly, I have so much stress on me already.

How can I keep my spirits up?

Haha, I'm a girl... don't need to worry about that.

I definitely put myself down. No self-worth, thankfully I haven't done anything like whore myself out or smoke crack but still..

There is a difference between self-confidence and self-esteem. What are you worth? That is a decision as much as a fact. You have to decide what you are worth and stick with it. YOU cannot let people lie to you. YOU cannot let yourself lie to you. If you find yourself thinking something you know to be false, then IMMEDIATELY correct yourself. You have to have discipline and realize you are worth something.

Self-confidence comes from experience. You have to practice and keep practicing. Don't set goals that are unreasonable. As you make achievements acknowledge and recognize them. Don't blow them off. Your achievements are ways you can use to recognize ability. As you recognize your ability to do things, you will learn to be confident in your abilities. You can learn. You can work. You can perform. You can...do your homework. Practice, learn, and practice some more. Good luck!

Talk to yourself. Coach yourself. Woody Allen sez' " I am at two with myself." There's always you, and you observing you.
When people screw up big time, they say "Voices in my head told me to stab this baby, or kill this person!"
Make friends with the voices in your head. Direct them.
"Know thyself," and have a belief system. Start with little sayings you believe to be true, and live by them. Use them as tools for change. Your self-confidence will bloom and prosper, and the Laws of Attraction will draw like minded people to you.

dont worry what other people think. if you look at yourself a certain way, you portray that to other people and they treat you the way you treat yourself. join a club, something that will help you make friends that will keep your spirits up!! :)
