You can't make a sharpie tattoo permament since it's something your putting on the skin, where a real tattoo is made by depositing ink IN the skin using very fine needles.

While I'm sure you could find a way to give yourself a homemade tattoo, you'd probably end up with an infection and a bad tattoo for the rest of you life.

Just draw it back on and wait until you're 18.

Stay away from permanent tatoo and certainly don't try it yourself. You could end up in the hospital with an infections and lots of pain. Do yourself a nice sharpie one and when it wears off redo it and you can do a different one each time.

Remember someday when you are 30 or 50 that tatoo might not looks so good.

1. Draw the design with sharpie
2. Rub baby powder on the design
3. Spray hair spray (a little bit) 4 inches away from design, make sure the spray is on the design.
4. Let it dry
5. Clean any thing left
(It will only stay for a month, about thirty days, or if you rub it really hard)

Infection nothing - we're talking about blood poisoning here.

Tattoo inks contain pigments that have been tested to be safe for use INSIDE the body. Markers contain dyes, NOT tested for safety when they come in contact with your blood.

Do a Google image search of blood poisoning. It isn't nearly as pretty as a tattoo... and yes, it can be fatal.

I don't think you can...maybe by just pressing very hard and drawing the lines slowly it can stay on longer...but sharpies can be washed out, but it is hard. Just go for the real tatoo if you want it, but if your parents wont let you get it anyway!

AAAARGH.... don't do it.. if you really want a tattoo, go to a professional (with your parents' blessing if under 18 ) and ask to see a sample of their previous work on real live bodies..my son-in-law is a tattooist and an artiste ....beware the charlatans....

sterilize needles first in boiling water, then use 91% isopropyl alcohol, then lite touch with fire. Wash your hands, wash tattoo area, tattoo away.

Use natural henna. Its brown, but it looks cool.
Dont get the black kind, it can hurt your skin.
