does it really remove the junk or does it just give you more viruses and spyware?

I use six antispyware program and one antivirus program. And I can tell you that "Superantispyware", is excellent in finding spyware, and trojans that are missed by all others. Plus ther is no conflict with your exisiting antivirus program.
I am sure that you are aware that you can only run one antivirus program and as many antispyware programs that your RAM, Memory CPU will allow.

It is safe. It removes the crap after it detects it. It is one of the best free anti-spyware apps. It is malware free.

that program is damn good.it even removes trojans..i highley reccomend it.
