i own a 93 nissan altima and someone mentioned that something witht the word levy in it may needed to be replaced but ihave never heard of it before.so if this is a real thing could you tell me what it is and what are the signs that it needs to be changed. thank you very much.

Get this Back in the years A Senator Norman J. Levy was very instumental in getting laws past that all will seat belts in all vehicles including school buses and trucks. What do you think? I think someone heard this mans name associated with seat belts and whoever it was might have confused you like maybe he is giving you a brand name of a seatbelt. Look up a senator Norman J. Levy. He was or still is a Senator in New York. hope this helps

Ok, "levy" mmm no such thing.
As for belts:
There is a serpentine belt, (accessory drive belt)
When you start hearing a squealing nose, or based on condition. It is located on the engine, and things like your AC pump, Alternator, and Power steering pump are all located on it.
The only other belt is your timing belt, it should be changed every so many miles, check your manual.
