Why can these policies not be sustained?

Well considering your boy Bill stuck our troops in harms way.Then when the going got tough he pulled out(No I'm not talking about that dress!).Then there was the lie of Kosivo.A true civil war(We had to step in Bill need to be loved).
But then when the drone was circling O.B.L. he couldn't be found.
Did we really need to go into Somalia or Kosivo?
Did we really need to bomb the Chinese embassy?
Did he really need to sell nuclear power to the North Koreans?
Or worse yet let his wife run the Country?
