OH! Thanks for the reminder. I'd like to celebrate with a Margarita. Although an apple martini sounds delicious. But wait! I love Long Island ice tea, but I never made one. Do you just take a glass and fill it with what ever you have in the cupboard? LOL I'll drink to that.
