the section that needs to be replaced (it is 50% ripped due to high wind and the fact the screen is like 15 years old) and I need to get up there to replace it. Only thing is the section is on a slant, over the pool. How do you do it with out killing your self or falling into the pool? I dont have much money, and paying someone to come out to fix it may not be an option. I know home depot sells what I need to fix it!

Using a scaffold may work for you, assuming you have adequate clearance on both sides of the pool (between the pool and the enclosure), and the width of the pool isn't too great.

Our screened porch in our last house was up one story on a steep cliff like yard. My husband built it by using screened panels accessible from the inside of the porch not the outside. We lived in a very high wind area and the screens needed to be replaced regularly so this was a good design choice. If yours is not, you may want to look at replacing them with frames from the inside rather than outside. The re-design could solve your issues.
