quit making up stats,it's more like 60% approve of the democratic controlled congress,the only traitors are the lying neocon president who will let American troops die just for oil profits. even now one of the most respected man in the world Alan Greenspan says the war is about oil, he also says bush has done nothing but bankrupt America like Reagan and bush sr, only Clinton was able to balance the budget,so much for tax and spend liberals.when it comes to spending money the neocons are fiscally incompetent.thanks to junior we are now a fascist state as he has taken away all of are civil liberties

They have been duped into thinking that Congress can't really do anything because they can't garner enough votes to over ride a presidential veto. That's simply not true - they can simply stop grandstanding and regulate the war funding, for instance.
Truth be told, they don't want to do anything because they don't want to own up to the possible consequences. This must remain Bush's war and they must remain committed to a policy of Bush failure - unfortunately, it's America's war and their policy amounts to an agenda of total defeat for America.
