okl my friend has a BF, and she told me to IM him asking who he likes, and only ask that. I never met the guy or anything. I asked him and he said her so she was happy. Then, we started talking. Where talking right now. I don't have ANY ideas or anything, but he's nice 2 talk 2. It he ever said anything about us I would never IM him again. My friend does not know that i'm still talking 2 him, and I don't know what she would think if she did find out. So what do you think I should do? PLZ HELP!

If your just friends and you don't expect anything more

First off, who says that you can't talk to a guy your friend is dating? I am always happy when my friends want to get along with my guy. Granted, if you are younger (which I am going to assume you are), there may be jealously issues, but your friend should be able to trust you (and the guy she is dating). Talking about interests is a good thing, no matter who it is with. However, if you feel like you would develop a crush on him, I'd take a few steps back so you don't ruin your friendship.

Well I think that you should talk to your friend. Because what your doing isn't wrong It would just be good for her to know, you know? Let Her Know nothing is going on. But don't make it look like you are showing any interest when you really aren't. And Make Sure that you ALWAYS talk about Your Friend and his relationship. Don't mention anything about who you like or anything like that when you are talking to him, then he might start showing interest and then you might just lose a friend.
But JUst Tell Her That You Talk To Her BF ONLY SOMETIMES...
Just To Talk To Someone When You Are Bored Or Something.

Well What she doesnt know wont hurt her but If she finds out later on and that you didnt tell her things could get worse.Just tell her you like talking to him as a friend and nothing else and A real friend would understand!

You should definately stop talking to the guy because it could ruin your relationship with your friend, if she happens to find out you to continued to talk. In my opnion a friend shouldn't extend the length of talking to their significant other.

well she might be happy cause you 2 could be talking about her and you could get info out of him. but if you're feeling kinda guilty about it seems like you could be catching some feelings...but if it her BF why would she ask him who he likes? or is it a guy thst she likes or you didnt mean BF literally....lol

Ok! he likes her. Then why is he messaging you instead? Best way to find out whats going on, is to tell him you wont be having sex with him and see if he still talks to you as much?

you should tell her that he is a nice guy and you are happy for her, then tell her that you have kept in touch with him that he is nice and you are glad she found something as nice as him. im sure she will understand that you and him get along, but you are still happy for her
