depends on the question, there is no answer to your question because a true question has not been posed. It's like saying nothing rhymes with orange... an overly analytical person will tell you nothing is in no way spelled like orange and therefore it doesn't rhyme. However normal people understand the statement for what it is.
As to your weirdly worded query...
The meaning of life is the ultimate question and...
the ultimate answer is: The meaning of life is whatever meaning you derive from your short and pointless exsistence on this planet.
