Faster than you can say. "meteor freak." a meteor that crash landed has caused hundreds of people to get sick.
I hope it's not one of those Invasion of the body snatcher things.
It's a shame that meteor isn't giving people super powers.

According to the news, people are getting sick to their stomach from a combination of sulfur gas and the dust around the meteor. They stand around looking at the crater and breathing in the dust and the gas. Scientists say it will settle down and the problem is not at all life-threatening.

it gives super powers, I read a book on that once, to bad I don't recall right now the tittle, it is a space ship, buried for thousands of years, rediscovered, and the crew comes back to life, sucking the energy out of anything that comes near it.
