In general
Fist breakdown every vector in in to x an dy componnent and then
Add x and y components as specified.

Lets do a)

A-B+C=R

Ax= A cos(28)
Ay=A sin(28)

Bx= - B cos(Theta)=- B cos(58)
By=B sin(Theta)=B sin(58)

Cx= C cos(270)=0
Cy=C sin(270)=-C

Now
Rx= A cos(28) - (- B cos(58)) + 0
Ry=A sin(28) - (B sin(58)) + C

Then
R=sqrt( Rx^2 + Ry^2)
Angle = arcTan(Ry/Rx)

repeat the same for b) and c).
