yea i guess it does ring a bell especially when stewie get a tan the episode is called "The Tan Aquatic with Steve Zissou" When a bully begins to harass Chris, Peter goes to his defense by beating the kid up. Peter then realizes bullying is fun and begins to bully everyone.
