I had a miscarriage in Feb of this year. I did not bleed a lot, for the first couple days it was just spotting. There were a few small clots. I had no cramping at all. Ultrasound was normal, cervix was closed, and my HCG was more than doubling in 48 hrs. I had another ultrasound a week later. I was informed there was no change in the development and was asked to come in immediately for another blood test. My HCG level was at 3, so I had miscarried.

There is a chance you are having what is called a subchronic hemmorage or hematoma, which is just bleeding at the sight where the placenta attaches to the uterus. If that is the case, you should try to lay down as much as possible, no lifting, no real physical activity. It should resolve itself in a matter of weeks. I had one with my current pregnancy and it resolved itself by 14 weeks

Let me tell you my story, its simular to yours... This might help.

When I was 8 weeks pregnant, I started bleeding a little bit, I went in and had an emergency ultrasound and there was a heartbeat. My doctor told me that I had 2/3 chance of carrying out the pregnancy and having a healthy baby. But 5 days after the ultra sound, I started bleeding a lot more. I went back in, and at that time I was having a miscarriage.

When I miscarried I bled a lot, but all miscarriages are different, I would go in.

odds are slim that you could miscarry at 10 weeks and not know it. If you had a heart beat, that is reassuring. If the bleeding continues or severe pain/cramping begin, go to the doctor or ER if it is bad enough. I had a subchoronic hemmorage with my first pregnancy, there was blood from a small area where the placenta didnt attach correctly. He's now 4. Could be nothing, but any blood is worth watching and reporting. Good Luck!

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and there is alot of cramping and a lot of blood. THe "clot" that I passed wasn't a clot but a gel like ball. It was the worst pain I have ever had and I have had a baby. So you would know if you had a miscarriage. The blod and clot could be from your placenta ripping away from your uterine wall which is fairly common. Talk to your doctor about it

Yeah, at this point, you'd really be bleeding heavy enough to fill a couple of pads within about a 12-hr period for at least a day if you bled and miscarried. Although, my step-sister did not bleed, and she had a "non-viable" fetus in her at her last check-up.

But, if you just saw the heartbeat, and the doctor isn't worried, I'd say you're fine. If you continue to bleed though, go to the ER.

Good luck! I'll be thinkin' about ya!

many times, it is bleeding yet sure, there is likewise different indications! abdomen discomfort (severe cramping), nausea and fever can all go alongside with a miscarriage. in case you think of you're, go see a doctor at modern. in the journey that your toddler has died on your abdomen, you may get blood poisoning in the journey that your physique has no longer expelled it. have faith it or no longer, i've got even heard of a woman who did no longer bleed so she did no longer think of she had a miscarriage till eco-friendly discharge got here out of her physique. She replaced into seven months pregnant and the physician's had predicted that the toddler had died 2 weeks in the previous. Now, i might think of that i could have been clued in while the toddler did no longer flow for 2 weeks, does no longer you? back, go see a doctor -- fairly in case you should experience the toddler flow and it hasn't in awhile.

No, you don't always have to bleed heavy and having cramping. When you show no signs of a typical miscarriage, it's called a missed miscarriage. My situation was quite similar to yours. I passed several HUGE blood clots. I went to the ER and baby was doing fine. They just told me to be careful and take it easy.

wait a couple days and get checked again... usually there is a LOT of bleeding.. and severe cramps.. best thing you can do is relax.. cause stress can cause you to miscarry.. go for a spa day or take a nice long bubble bath and if there is more bleeding go to the doctor again immediately

at 9-10 weeks the baby is alot bigger than just a clot, its about as big as your hand. Spotting in early pregnancy is normal, but keep an eye on it. If it gets heavy enough to fill a pad then you may be miscarrying. Good luck
