Our bearded dragon likes most kind of greens, so baby spinach would probably be good for yours. Another one I know of likes blueberries! Ours seems to like meal worms the best.

with bearded dragons you have to give them a verity of foods, as they get bigger you have to lean them off of a lot of protein and more greens. Romain lettuce, spinach, shredded carrots, bananas (without the peel) you should not feed them pinkies (baby mice) because there digestive track really is not made for it. What I do for mine is i get the remade salads from the grocery store. I just make for certain it is not ice-burg because that has no nutritional value. I give the banana, silk warms, long horn worms, and wax worms as treats. I don't like crickets that much so his diet is mostly meal warms (and a lot of them) with a constant supply of the salad.

my beardie likes spinach, kale greens, mustard greens, sometimes dandelion greens, his favourite greens though is parsley for some reason lol. but he likes apple pieces sometimes, his favourite fruits are strawberry pieces, red grape pieces and blueberries though. my beardies for his 'meat protein' sources enjoys crickets, mealworms and wax worms ( the latter two as treats though since they are a good fatty source and harder to digest the skins of) also, for greens if I remember correctly he ejoys the red lettuces the really dark purply coloured kinds but only as a treat as well. He also likes butternut acorn squash and once in a while orange pieces, Watermelon and cantaloup. Also he likes nectarines once in awhile and peaches. likes Peas as well. I forget what else he likes but I hope these suggestions help some. And to answer the rest of your question baby spinach is a good food to have as a staple green, that and regular spinach to is ok.

Superworms, silkworms, hornworms, phoenix worms. Mealworms are too hard to digest and not recommended for beardies.
Good salad every day, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, orange squash, green beans, snow peas, etc. Spinach isn't good--it's high in oxylates (not good for kidneys). A good selection of safe foods can be found here:

lettuce is not good for them, it causes loose, watery bowel movements and has no nutrientional value, it's mostly water...i would also watch the meal and super worms, very fatty and a bit harder to digest...a great reference as to what is good can be found at beautifuldragons.com

Yes they can and other greens because as they get older they tend to become vegeterians.
