surname is Brown,
the conditions are :
1. UN-common, unusual. I don't want him being one of 5 in his class with the same name.
2. no last names as first names (eg Hunter, Riley, etc)
3. nothing invented, weird, or bogon.
4. no American state names
5. Could be traditional and old fashioned but not poncy like Sebastian or Xavier.
6. No biblical names like Noah, Joseph.
6. Think: Cool, original, different.
Thanks!!

it can't start with the initials N, S, M or C. they belong to other people in the family. we all want different first initials.

one other - EASY TO SPELL. i can't be cruel enough to let my child go through life constantly correcting people because it's spelt or pronounced wrong. I've got that and its not nice !!!

As for Xavier and Sebastian, sorry I offended you, but they come across as slightly posh, not really "down to earth". For a boy I intend to grow up into a man who will get his hands dirty and be a true strong Aussie bloke, Sebastian is not that name. sorry! it is lovely for sensitive new age types though. ;-)
I laughed out loud at Slappy! Thank you!!! :) My Mum's nickname is Sappy so too similar but thanks anyway.
