Positive attitudes like never saying "I can't" but always saying I will.
Finishing things you start gives you a sense of accomplishment that no one can take away.
Eating right and exercise has an enormous influence on how a person feels and their quality of life.
Getting rid of debts is very liberating and definiely improves quality of life.
Getting outside for at least ten minutes everyday can have and imeasurable influence on you because it will refresh you every time you breathe.
Once a week taking time out to care for yourself by cleaning every inch of you and doing little things that make you happy like listening to your favorite song or playing a game or watching one of your favorite movies.
Turn every negative thought into a positive one. For example if it's raining it means it will be cooler that day and all the plants are going to be able to grow much better and it means it's a good day to make some hot tea or cocoa.
Take time out to talk to people- I mean really talk. Listen to them and talk to them.
Take time to show your loved ones you care about them and love them.
Take a walk and count your blessings at least once a week.
Sing in the bathroom even if you aren't good at it.

And my favorite one that has a HUGE influnce on your quality of life and attitude is.....
LAUGH!!!!!
If you can't manage that smile.
When life isn't so good it never hurts to laugh and inevitably you'll find that things are just a tad bit better afterwards.
Have a marvelous day! :)
