Watch out for Roethlisberger! If you exclude last season, because who's gonna play well after a near-death motor cycle accident AND an appendectomy in the same year, the man has the winning-est season for a rookie QB and THEN a Super Bowl victory. Even though they've only played Cleveland and the Bills he's been impressive and the Steelers are 2-0. (Soon to be 3-0)

Most talented: Peyton Manning
Best winner: Tom Brady
Best leader/toughest: Jon Kitna
For all you that think Kitna sucks you can go to hell. The guy had a concussion last week, came back in the game and led his team on a game winning drive while diving head first for first downs. Dude's all heart. And he's a pretty damn good quarterback too.
EDIT:
It's funny that so many people are saying Tom Brady "because of his stats." Brady numbers look like crap compared with Peyton Manning's numbers. Don't get me wrong, I love Tom Brady, he went to Michigan, but to say he has better numbers than Peyton Manning really shows the lack of knowledge of these people. Peyton is the all time single season leader in touchdowns (49) and QB rating (121). Brady's numbers don't come close to that.

Peyton Manning is the best quarterback only reason people pick Tom Brady is because of his 3 super bowls win, but all those time Tom Brady had a great defense and Peyton is stuck with crap on defense. Now I'm not hating on Tom he is a good quarterback but Peyton is better. If Peyton had a Pats defense then he would have alot of rings.

Peyton Manning is my favorite ... but I know at times he can get out there and lose is head. It seems when it REALLY matters, he pulls through with blazing success. Other than that, he's right along with Romo and Brady.
Um ... can I mention that V Young is really gonna do some damage in the coming years. He's already an awesome player. Give him more experience, and I don't think anyone will top him.

I'd say its a toss up between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. But the season is still young who knows what will happen.

Uhm, sorry approximately that one, yet no, truthfully not Phil Rivers.. once you're questioning in accordance to wins, its Peyton Manning (or Brees). And once you're questioning in accordance to information.. i think of that's nonetheless Manning lol.. (lower back, or Brees) yet Matt Shaub and Joe Flacco at the instant are not far at the back of on passing stats.

Statistically, Brett Farve or Dan Marino. But in leadership and by far the best quarterback right now is by far PEYTON MANNING! Future Hall of Famer, and arguably to be the best of all time.
