Personally, I can't stand the guy and think that his first trial was a HUGE stain on our legal system. As for him being released on bail, I was shocked, because you would think he would be a great flight-risk.... the man isn't dumb, he knows he probably can't dodge the bullet twice, and may want to flee the country.
