It is theoretically possible but highly unlikely to happen (not impossible). You can incubate the twins if the egg is fertilized but they will most likely die before hatching day rolls around.

i've saw them with 2 yolks a few times but never any hatch into siamese twins or anything funny i did however find what seemed like part of a second backboke that came from an egg once

No, when there is a yolk that means that the chicken produced the egg without the 'rooster', therefore, there was never a chick in there.

I have raised chickens and incubated them also. When there is 2 yolks the egg is usually infertile, however if it is fertile one fetus will absorb the other.
