Okay well.. i am in college prep history and english
and i might be able to switch into honors history and english
but the problem is i will have to make up a bunch of work.. like 6 weeks
and i would have to leave my friends and an awesome history teacher..
what should i do =S

As an English teacher all I can say is that you need a major upgrade in your usage of the language if you want to study English (or History for that matter). E-mail speak might feel comfortable for you now but you are developing some very bad habits if thats your chosen field.

Of course thats not the answer that you were looking for but History and English study requires full sentences with proper grammar, capitalization and spelling. Its not that I'm the grammar police its just that you can't get to the point of expressing your ideas if you can't use the language in a more academic way.

The program that you are in is not as important as what you put into it.

if the credits are the same then just stay where you are. if you can get more by doing that then just do what is best for you. i hope evrerything works out for you. good luck.
