Why is my "friends and contacts network" private?

I have tried to let the public view it, thought I changed it to public a couple of times ? What do I have to do please ! Thank you.

I don't know what you mean. I can see your contacts. They are down below your answer section.

Go into your "edit my info", then scroll down to "privacy", click on "allow users to contact me via email". That's it!

Change it back to Private so you don't get TROLLED.
