I am not sure what to look for. Are there separate bulbs for high and low beam so may be the low beam one has burnt fuse...
How to check for that.
Thanks in advance.

You just need a new bulb. The bulb has 2 filaments, the low beam filament has burned out, leaving only the high to work. Go the auto parts store a get a new bulb, just that easy.
Not a fuse, if the fuses were blown then the lights would not work at all. If the other side is currently working, then it's the bulb.

It's one bulb with two filaments. One fuse runs both headlights and both beams, so that's not it. You probably just need a new bulb.

Replace the fuse 1st and see if it works if it blows again, there is some wrong with the wires and the fuse is doing what is supposed to do. If does not blows replace the bulb.
