If theres a problem with the brake line, will the car be able to stop or not at all?

That depends, if there is a hole in it you will stop once or twice then you will need a tree or a building to stop you :-)

Depends on the problem. If it is a brake line leak, then you are definately in trouble. Replace the line. If it is a soft line, then replacing it is easy and less expensive. If the problem is a bent or crushed line, you can still drive until you fix the problem. There are a lot of "brake line problems", so more details are needed.

It is according to which set of brake lines back or front,eventually you will not be able to stop. Due to the lost of brake fluid or air in the system would cause the brake to malfunction.The lines are not that expensive and brake is essential to the car.

Actually, most modern cars have a divider in the reservoir in case a line breaks and fluid leaks out. i.e. if you have a front line break, your rear brakes will still work. if you have a rear line break, your front brakes will still work. However braking performance will be drastically affected. It will take a lot longer to stop
