This question has been asked like 4 or 5 times just today. A lot of people said on the earlier question that Pittsburgh is going to win and I believe it.
The offense of Alex Smith is worse than normal. He can't throw the ball farther than 10 yards, and when he does, its like first and 5. Then when he needs 20 yards, its a check down to V. Davis for 3 yards. Smith needs to have a good game against a really tough Steelers DEF.
I love Gore, I live in SF and would love nothing more than to see SF come out of this game 3 - 0. As a person who loves the game of football and hates giving those types of opinions, I feel that the game will be close. It won't be a blow out by any stretch of the imagination. I just think that the Steelers will have the better field goal at the end of the game.
Sadly enough coming from a 49er fan, I believe the Steelers will win.

Anyone who said that the 49ers will win this weekend either lives in San Francisco or is crazy. Just because they're 2-0 doesn't mean they're any good. Do you think Frank Gore's gonna run all over Pittsburgh that way? Nah.

I think Pittsburgh will win this game beacause there at there at home and san fransicos defense wont do that good.

I will be going for the 49er's but lets just hope both teams have good luck and stay healthy and no one gets hurt. May the better team win!

Pitt scored 60 points total in the first 2 games and only allowed 10 points total to be scored on them. I have to go with them in this game, even though I wouldn't mind for SF to win.

Steelers are a bunch of d bags, frank gore is an absolute monster, vernon davis needs the ball so bad because the man is a machine but alex smith sucks so much he cant, but i still like 49ers i think they are underrated because of a couple horrible seasons..

Upsets upsets upsets...thats what this years all about...while 90% will likely bet for Pit Ill take SF. Also I am betting on Houston to beat Indi...come on if Cle can beat Cin anything and everything will happen all year long...for all we know the saints could still win the superbowl at 0-2

Pittsburgh, probably. Playing in Pittsburgh, I think it is unlikely the 49ers can take this one. However, I think they are evenly matched, based on what I've seen in this early season. GO COWBOYS!
