The most recent Red Sox-Yankees trade I can find was on 13-August-1997.

Sox received: Tony Armas, PTBNL (Jim Mecir).

Yanx received: Mike Stanley, Randy Brown.

The most recent trade was actually at the start of this year - Joe Torre traded a baby rattle to the sox (to be used by whining Manny Ramirez) and in exchange Hideki Matsui agreed not to kick the crap out of fatass Ortiz in batting practice...

Red Sox all the way this year BABY!!!! the yankees are so overrated! they sucked alllll year and now that they are "close" to leading the division, which they WONT do, everyone who likes the GAYankees are like "oooooh, look wat we can do...." Big Effin deal!!! they will not win the WS, they cant get past the SOX in the post season...watch and learn people, watch...and learn!
